Bhavi is a Senior Director at WTW's Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) practice based in Chicago. She has over 20 years' retirement and global benefits consulting experience. She provides services to multinational companies on a wide range of benefit issues covering the design, financing, and ongoing management of global benefit programs. Prior to joining WTW, Bhavi lead the Chicago and Wisconsin market within Global Benefits for Aon. She is a senior leader who provides strategic advice on a wide range of international benefit projects, including global benefits management, global brokerage, expat pension management, financial strategy for benefit programs, global actuarial, global benchmarking, global strategy, retirement plan design for globally mobile employees, mergers and acquisitions, and global governance. In addition, she serves as global actuary for a number of them. She is a credentialed actuary with Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Enrolled Actuaries qualifications. She has also participated as a speaker at a number of conferences on key global benefit issues, including the Global Governance survey run in conjunction with the American Benefits Council
