Dr. Wolff is a Senior Pharmacy Benefits Consultant in Segal’s Chicago office. He is a member of Segal’s National Pharmacy Consulting practice and assists clients in optimizing benefit design and drug mix. He serves as an expert in clinical programs, formulary strategies, and benefit design, specializing in data analytics, actuarial modeling, and market trends. He has assisted a diverse set of clients (including multiemployer, corporate, public sector, and coalitions) with vendor selection and implementation, contract negotiation, formulary management, and clinical program development. Prior to joining Segal, Dr. Wolff was a practicing community pharmacist, a role in which he directly participated in patient care. Dr. Wolff received a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, where he is an adjunct clinical instructor. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a licensed pharmacist in the State of New York, and a certified immunizer through the American Pharmacist Association (AphA), and also holds a Life, Accident & Health insurance license.
