In this CCA healthcare series webinar, presenters will discuss professionalism topics of interest to healthcare actuaries in an interactive environment including audience polling.  Presenters will focus on the use of social media by actuaries, including Actuarial Standards of Practice that may apply to social media activity and how the Code of Professional Conduct may need to be considered.  Presenters will utilize case study examples of potential social media posts or comments to illustrate some of the issues that actuaries may face when utilizing this environment, including obtaining audience feedback on each scenario via polling.
