This is the first presentation in the second Healthcare Reform Legislation audiocast series jointly sponsored by the Society of Actuaries, and the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, and co-sponsored by the American Academy of Actuaries. Since our last series, several new regulations are currently implementing health reform, with more expected. Our presenters update you on what we know now, and address the future calendar of effective dates of the legislation which will likely indicate the sequence of release of new rules and regulations.
