The Joint Select Committee on Solvency of Multiemployer Pension Plans is a bipartisan committee has been tasked with improving the solvency of multiemployer pension plans and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. The report was originally scheduled for release by November 30, 2018 but is delayed. The speakers will review the hearings, report, and recommendations of this committee and the implications for multiemployer plans throughout the country.
