A number of professionalism gaffes in the context of health actuarial work are examined from topics and cases studies not previously used in CCA webinars. Speakers provide their perspectives on what went wrong in some sample cases and how to fix it. Audience members are encouraged to provide their viewpoints as well (by using the online function or the “submit questions” email address noted on the slides and handouts).

Speakers will also be including their perspectives on recent hot topics related to professionalism for health actuaries, such as with respect to COVID pandemic considerations and with respect to recent ASOP releases (e.g. new practice note for ASOP 6).

Speakers
