The presenters provide an overview of recent regulatory guidance impacting defined benefit plans, and highlight areas of concern to employers and practitioners. Key unanswered questions will be identified and discussed. The final hybrid regulations issued in November 2015 will be covered. While we don’t know what other new regulations will be issued shortly before the session, potential areas to be addressed are DOL fiduciary rules and IRS determination letter program changes.
